Having food allergies doesn’t mean that you have eat boring foods. Here are some recommendations for foods and brands that I have found to be allergen friendly. Remember, always read in gradient labels, as some manufacturers will change their formulas from time to time. This means that your allergen may not be present at a certain time but may become present at another time.
Our main allergens are milk, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts, so my recommendations for specific items will typically be free of those things. Unfortunately, I do not have a lot of gluten free recommendations, but the allergy friendly brands are a good place to start.
